SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
I generally ship through Fed Ex with tracking and insurance. I have FedEx professionally wrap my sculptures so if there is breakage then you will need to take your purchase into the nearest FedEx store and have the item examine the item. The insurance I put on the item will pay for a new sculpture and shipping.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery
Sculpture must be packed by Fedex and shipped
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

At WitheredMoth, I take pride in my handmade items. If you are at all unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days after receiving the order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees and item must be shipped back, with a tracking number and full insurance included, within 30 days of purchase in the same condition as received packed and shipped through Fedex. Once the package is received, a refund, minus the shipping costs, will be issued.
Please note, custom and sale orders are non-refundable.
